SELF-SERVE Package:
Up to 29 guests

Pick and choose which items you rent to set up your own High Tea party. Choose from table linens, fine china, cutlery, pump pots, drink dispensers, vases, three-tier stands, dessert towers and cake stands. Our team is available for setup, service and cleanup, for a fee.

Quotes are held for for a maximum of 14 days. To secure your event date, we require payment towards your quote. Servers are available for Sattea Mobile Tea Boutique catered events only, and are not servers at large.

Full-Service Package:
30+ Guests

We will come in and set-up the high tea tabletop décor, fine china and food, prepare and serve the teas. At the end of your high tea party, we pack up the high tea fine china rentals and tabletop décor, and take care of all the sanitization.

We provide all the fine china, silverware, table linens and the tea menu. The menu options include your choice of up to 3 savouries, up to 1 scone flavour (with preserves and clotted cream), up to 3 desserts, up to 3 types of teas. A custom menu offering requires a minimum of 10 guests for your event.

Minimum & Maximum party sizes

We accommodate a minimum party size of 8 guests and up to 150 guests. Pricing examples are as follows:

  • Self Service catering for 6 guests, including delivery of food and dish rental starts from $450, based on the services you require.

  • Full service catering for 6 guests starts from $600, based on the services you require.

  • Self service catering for 20 guests, including delivery of food and dish rental starts from $1200, based on the services you require.

  • Full service catering for 20 guests starts from $2000, based on the services you require.

Stylist & Clean-up: $150/EVENT

Our Stylist will set up your High Tea and pack up at the end of the event. Set up time is based on your party size. Allow for up to 90 minutes for set up.

serveR: $150/EVENT

Per server: A minimum of 2 hours of service, and a maximum of 3 hours of service time. Our servers are available for Sattea catered events only, and are not servers at large. A minimum of 2 servers for any events.

wash-up: $150/EVENT

We will sanitize all items at our studio. Please note, this is a mandatory add-on so we can maintain proper cleaning standards.

All inquiries received on weekends will be replied to by Monday or Tuesday evening, following the weekend.

Terms and Conditions

Quotes are held for for a maximum of 14 days. To secure your event, we require a deposit to hold the date, which is refundable upon safe return of all items without any permanent damage, chips, cracks, breaks, rips, tears, permanent stains etc. Once details of your event are worked out, we require payment towards your quote, with final payments due 5 days prior to your event. All afternoon tea party dish rentals are for a maximum of 24 hours from drop off/ pick up times, unless otherwise agreed with SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE. Late returns are subject to additional rental charges, deducted from the dish rental deposit amount.

In the event of damages or breakage to bone china, cutlery etc., SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE will charge $40 per piece.

In the event of damages or breakage to tea, coffee and beverage equipment, or other tools and equipment (which includes but is not limited to pump pots, carafes, beverage dispensers), SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE will charge $175 per piece.

We will sanitize all items at our studio. Please note, this is a mandatory add-on so we can maintain proper cleaning standards.


Delivery & Pick-up Options

You may arrange delivery & pick-up for a fee, based on your delivery address/location. Alternatively, you may arrange to pick-up and drop-off your rental items. Our studio is located in Surrey, near 120 St. and 88 Ave.

SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE utilizes a trolley for unloading and packing out catering events. We will work with the party host to learn about parking availability and costs, and facilities where the party will be held. We may ask for photos, videos, or a site visit ahead of your event. For any buildings requiring SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE to utilize an elevator, FOB/keycard access, excessive stairs (this may include multiple trips in buildings or homes without elevator access), or other obstacles (gravel pathways, hills etc.) during delivery, SATTEA MOBILE TEA BOUTIQUE may charge a $200 surcharge fee, and will require an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour for unloading time prior to our setup time, and additional 45 minutes to 1 hour for clean up and pack out time. We reserve the right to charge for additional staffing hours if we require extra workers for unloading & packing out and/or setup or cleanup time.

Rental Deposit

A rental deposit will be taken for all items rented out. Deposit amount will be based on the number of items being rented. The deposit amount ranges from $75-$500. Deposits are refunded upon safe return of all rental items, without any chips, cracks, breakage, rips and tears etc.

Due to the nature of our vintage items it is expected that some of the patterns and gilt edges on items will be worn with age.
