Do you offer on-site high tea catering services?

We are a full service afternoon tea catering business. We offer on-site set-up, servers and clean up. Our tea treats are served on three tier platters or as a buffet setup, based on your party needs.

What is the difference between Catering Services and High Tea to go?

Our catering services include the afternoon tea menu, dish rental and servers, among other services. High Tea to Go is a food only order, available for delivery or pick up. Your food will be packaged in individual boxes for your guests, or as requested.

Note, we are not able to offer delivery on High Tea to Go or food only orders when we are fully booked for catering services, and High Tea to Go orders are available for pick up only. Please contact us for availability before placing your order online. We have a 4 box minimum order for High Tea to Go.

Do you provide décor services?

We provide only tabletop décor services, which include the fine bone china, cutlery, three-tier platters, condiment bowls, sugar and cream bowls, teapots and tablecloths. We also have limited number of dessert towers, dessert trays and vases.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?

We can make dietary accommodations for vegetarian, vegan, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free and halal options. Some menu items may not have suitable substitutes and we will advise accordingly. Some dietary specific menus may have limited options available and we may offer substitutions for your order.

Note that any orders requiring specialty baking, such as dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, are made to order and require advanced notice of 3 days or more, and we may not be able to accommodate last minute orders. A minimum order size of 10 persons is required for specialty baking requests.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate large party sizes of up to 100 guests. Some of our dish collections are suitable for smaller party sizes of up to 75 guests.

We continue to adhere to current public health guidelines for COVID-19 safety protocols and recommended group sizes. Current guidelines can be found at this link.

Do you have a venue?

We don’t have our own venue; however, we have preferred partners that we like to work with. Please contact us for referrals. NOTE: We are able to deliver to a location of your choosing, subject to availability for your chosen date/time/location.

Do you provide tents, tables & Chairs?

We have preferred partners who rent out tents, tables and chairs. Please contact us for referrals.

What is your COVID-19 Protocol?

We are now offering on-site catering services. We work within the current guidelines and aim to ensure all food and health safety measures are taken during your event. Some menu items will be packaged for individual consumption (eg. preserves and cream). For any customers who want to continue taking COVID-19 precautions, we will deliver individually boxed High Tea to Go.

Our boxed High Tea is complete with sandwich/savoury items, scones with preserves and Chantilly cream, and desserts with one choice of loose tea in a Teasac, ready for brewing, and sealed for your guest’s protection. You may combine the individually boxed High Teas with Dish Rental service.

do you offer delivery?

Delivery is subject to our availability around our catered events, and delivery fees are applicable. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Delivery Areas: We deliver in the Metro Vancouver area and the Fraser Valley. Delivery fees apply to all areas throughout the Lower Mainland, and are listed on the Checkout screen, when you’re completing your purchase. If your area is not listed, please email us with your address/location for a delivery fee quote.

Delivery & Pick-up Date & Times: Delivery date & times submitted with your order are your preferred delivery time and subject to availability, based on your location and our driver schedules. Contact us via email or phone, to ensure we can meet your delivery preference. Delivery is completed between 11 am and 4 pm, unless otherwise agreed, and will be confirmed with you. Pick-ups are also available in the area of 120th Street and 88 Avenue, in Surrey, BC.
