White & Gold Charm Collection: This collection is an elegant white and gold that fits almost any theme, color scheme and serves up to 125 guests.
Eclectic Charm Collection: This collection is carefully curated and consists of mix and match pieces and serves up to 100 guests.
Friendship Collection: This collection is a gorgeous Pink & Green pattern, perfect for a garden or floral themed party and serves smaller size parties of up to 100 guests.
Rose Chintz Collection: This fine English tableware is perfectly pink! It's attractive for special occasions and small functions of up to 50 guests.
Wonderland Collection: Fall into the rabbit hole with this beautiful canary blue collection which serves up to 45 guests.

Terms and Conditions
Our bone china collection is vintage and most items are edged in gold or silver, they were not designed for dishwashers. Given their age and delicate nature we ask that you do not clean any of the items after use. Please rinse off all food debris and liquids, and dry the dishes. Pack them gently in their boxes and leave the rest to us. Note, we do charge a mandatory sanitization fee based on your party size, and/or the number of pieces rented.
Quotes are held for for a maximum of 14 days. To secure your rental, we require payment towards your quote, with final payments due 5 days prior to your event. All rentals are for a maximum of 24 hours from drop off/ pick up times, unless otherwise agreed with SATTEA LOOSE TEAS. Late returns are subject to additional rental charges, deducted from the dish rental deposit amount.
In the event of damages or breakage to bone china, cutlery etc., SATTEA LOOSE TEAS will charge $40 per piece.
In the event of damages or breakage to tea, coffee and beverage equipment, or other tools and equipment (which includes but is not limited to pump pots, carafes, beverage dispensers), SATTEA LOOSE TEAS will charge $175 per piece.
We will sanitize all items at our studio. Please note, this is a mandatory add-on so we can maintain proper cleaning standards.
Delivery & PIck-up Options
You may arrange delivery & pick-up for a fee, based on your delivery address/location. Alternatively, you may arrange to pick-up and drop-off your rental items. Our studio is located in Surrey, near 120 St. and 88 Ave.
Rental Deposit
A rental deposit will be taken for all items rented out. Deposit amount will be based on the number of items being rented. The deposit amount ranges from $75-$500. Deposits are refunded upon safe return of all rental items, without any chips, cracks, breakage, rips and tears etc.
Due to the nature of our vintage items it is expected that some of the patterns and gilt edges on items will be worn with age.
