Note: If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us for a personalized quote. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free and halal options. For orders requesting dietary accommodations, we require a minimum of 5 days notice to fill orders. Delivery is subject to availability on your preferred date/time and will be confirmed by email. Our High Tea to Go menu posted at www.sattea.ca/order is available to order at anytime, even on short notice.

High Tea to Go: To complete your order, a full payment must be received to secure your date. GST and a Delivery Fee for your area will be added to your order upon checkout. Delivery is completed between 11 am and 4 pm, and will be confirmed with you. Last minute orders are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your preferred delivery date. Delivery times submitted upon checkout are subject to availability or adjustment.

Delivery & Pick-up Date & Times: Delivery date & times submitted with your order are your preferred delivery time and subject to availability. Book early to ensure we can meet your delivery preference. Delivery is completed between 11 am and 4 pm, unless otherwise requested, and will be confirmed with you. Pick-ups are also available in the area of 120th Street and 88 Avenue, in Surrey, BC.

Delivery Areas: We deliver in the Metro Vancouver area and the Fraser Valley. Delivery fees are listed on the Checkout screen. We are currently offering free delivery in Surrey and North Delta. If your area is not listed, please email us with your address/location for a delivery fee quote.

Cancellation Policy: Notification of catering cancellation must be done in writing and requires confirmation of receipt to be official. If notification is received by SATTEA LOOSE TEAS 7 business days prior to the date of the event, the cancellation charge is 15% of the total fee. If notification is received by SATTEA LOOSE TEAS 72 hours prior to the date of the event, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total order amount. If the cancellation is received less than 72 hours before an event, SATTEA LOOSE TEAS reserves the right to charge in full for any out of pocket expenses for food, labour, etc. After the cancellation, should the Client still wish to receive the prepared food products, the Client will be charged for the full amount of the food products, plus applicable tax.
